This time last week I was studying for my most difficult final, scared to death that I would fail–and I mean FAIL as in not pass. Now that History of the Crusades is conquered with an A, I realize that studying and homework is what I’m good at, packing, on the other hand, is truly frustrating. I didn’t realize how much stuff I had crammed into my tiny college apartment until I tried to organize the stuff into boxes. Needless to say, it will take two loads to move everything into my parents’ attic for the summer.
Though I am skillful at finding a complaint in every situation, now that I’m home with my momma watching a Gregory Peck movie, I can’t find too much to complain about. I hate leaving Bowling Green–leaving school and all my great friends there–but I’m also very happy to be home and to be lucky enough to have my summer job waiting for me. I’m a lucky girl with no stress at the moment–just a hundred and two things with which I’m blessed.
Thank you to my family and my friends for a great weekend. Graduation wasn’t as cheesy as I thought, and some people even got me to cry–thanks Heather and Mom!
