Unlearning: For Change Agents with Charles Eisenstein
July 2020
Our perceptions shape our stories, our solutions, and our world. When our narratives and assumptions are unquestioned, we end up weaving threads of the problem into the changes we want to make. To exit the well-worn ruts of the usual solution-templates, we must somehow see and question assumptions that we may not even be aware of.  In other words, we need to “clear the field” on a personal level and a social-political level. We need to “unlearn” the things we assume we know.

u.lab: Leading From the Emerging Future by MIT
Sept-Dec 2020
This interactive and experiential course is about leading profound innovation in times of disruptive change. Recently, climate strikes, the COVID-19 pandemic and global protests against racial injustice all point to a pressing need for societal renewal. In these times, how do we access and act from our deeper sources of curiosity, compassion and courage rather than reacting out of prejudice, anger and fear? What kind of leadership is required to create profound innovation at the scale of a whole eco-system of stakeholders and partners?
