I am on a journey to wellness, one that includes daily yoga, meditation and journaling practices. Engaging the topic of wellness is grounding for me. I have the aspiration to get my 200 hour certification in yoga, to go on a silent meditation retreat, even to learn intuitive tarot reading. The more I sit with myself, the deeper my knowing goes: I am a magnificent being; every person around me is a magnificent being.
